Let’s vibe!
Ik ben Erwin Fober. Trainer, facilitator, energiebrenger en liefhebber van creatief denken. Vroeger vond ik het zwaar irritant als mensen mij creatief noemde. “Bedenk eens iets leuks!” en “Ja, maar jij bent toch creatief?”.
Totdat ik ontdekte dat het helemaal niet zo vanzelfsprekend is. Ik heb dit omarmt en ben sindsdien creatief denken in gaan zetten om anderen in beweging te krijgen. Om vanuit een totaal andere invalshoek naar vraagstellingen te kijken. Om met frisse vernieuwende ideeën te komen. Als creatief trainer heb ik tientallen sessies begeleid waarin ik zag wat er gebeurt als mensen zich open stellen en durven loslaten. Soms voelt dat gek, maar het levert je wel concrete resultaten!
Met Brainvibe combineer ik mijn ervaring als trainer met mijn liefde en passie voor werkvormen die mensen echt raken.
